Every batch is roasted right here in our Medford cafe on a Diedrich roaster. We source directly from farmers growing specialty-grade beans, roast them to highlight their unique character, and get them to you at peak freshness.
What started as a small-batch roastery has grown into a full cafe serving espresso, pour overs, cold brew, fresh breakfast, and house-made acai bowls. But the mission has never changed.
