Very fresh. Every subscription bag is roasted to order — we roast your beans within 1–2 days of your shipment date and send them the same day. By the time they reach your door, you're well within the 3–21 day post-roast peak flavor window that specialty roasters target.
There's no minimum commitment. You can cancel, pause, or skip a delivery anytime from your account. We don't lock you in — if you need to stop, just log in and cancel before your next order processes.
Yes. We ship to all 50 states. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days of roasting. If you're in New Jersey or the surrounding mid-Atlantic region, you'll typically receive your order within 2–3 days.
