We roast every batch to order and stand behind the quality of our coffee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we want to make it right.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all coffee orders. If you're unhappy with your coffee — whether it's the roast profile, freshness, or anything else — contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
For quality issues on opened bags, we may issue a refund or replacement at our discretion — no return required. Just reach out and let us know what happened.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no return necessary.
Subscription orders follow the same return and satisfaction guarantee policy. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account — no penalties or fees.
