We are not deleting, reducing, or resetting your point balance. The new earning rate applies to future purchases. Already-issued rewards retain their original terms.

One account, every visit

Use the same phone number at the register and in your Roast account. In store, ask to redeem an available reward. Online or in the app, choose your reward and add an eligible item before checkout.

Rewards apply to one eligible item. Any amount above the reward cap remains payable. Points are earned on eligible merchandise after discounts, excluding tax, tips, gift-card purchases and reloads, and nonmerchandise charges. Purchases paid with a gift card can earn points. Whole-dollar earning rounds down, and refunds adjust the points earned.

There are no permanent tier multipliers or automatic streak bonuses in the new program. Existing points remain valid toward the available reward menu.
