Your points are earned automatically after you pay.

To redeem a reward, let the cashier know before they ring you up and they’ll apply the discount.

Open the app and go to the Rewards tab to see your points, streak, and available rewards.

Tap “Redeem” on any reward you can afford — it’ll be held for your next order.

When you check out, your reward is applied automatically. Points are earned after payment.

Shake your phone anytime to show your QR code for in-store scanning.

Tap “Scan QR” on the kiosk welcome screen and hold up your Roast app QR code, or enter your phone number.

The kiosk will show your tier, points balance, and any available rewards.

Select a reward to apply it to your order, then pay as usual.

Points are earned automatically and you’ll get a push notification with your updated balance.

Sign in to your account at roastcc.com and add items to your cart.

In the cart, you’ll see how many points this order will earn and your current balance.

If you have a reward available, you can apply it at checkout with one tap.

After payment, your points are added instantly and your streak is updated.
