We’re updating Roast Rewards to make earning and using points simpler wherever you order: at our Square register, on roastcc.com, or in the Roast app.
Your existing loyalty points are still valid
We are not deleting, reducing or resetting your existing point balance. Your saved points can be used with the new reward menu below. This menu applies to existing and newly earned points. The new earning rate applies to eligible purchases made after the update takes effect. Rewards already issued retain their original terms.
Earn one point per eligible dollar
Future purchases earn one point for each whole eligible dollar spent. A $6 eligible purchase earns 6 points; $6.75 earns 6 points. Points are confirmed after the purchase is completed. Permanent tier multipliers and automatic streak bonuses are ending.
Choose a reward that fits your visit
- 25 points: $1 off one eligible drink.
- 100 points: a credit of up to $8 toward one eligible drink.
- 200 points: $10 off one eligible bag of roasted coffee beans.
If an item costs more than the reward’s cap, you pay the difference. Unused credit has no cash value. Check the current reward options in your account before ordering. Eligible bean rewards cover the listed retail bags; sample bags, wholesale quantities and prepared drinks are excluded.
One rewards account, wherever you order
Use the same phone number at the register and in your Roast account. At the register, identify your rewards account and ask to use an available reward. Online or in the app, select your reward, add an eligible item and review the discount at checkout. If an existing account does not link, our team can help you connect it securely.
Eligible spending is calculated after discounts. Tax, tips, shipping and delivery fees, gift-card purchases and reloads do not earn points. Paying for eligible merchandise with a gift card can still earn points. Refunds adjust points associated with the returned purchase.
