At 1,200–1,900 meters in the San José province, the combination of volcanic soil, consistent rainfall, and cool nights produces a remarkably sweet, balanced bean. Brown sugar and peach with an almond finish and crisp, clean acidity. Beautiful as pour-over or iced Japanese-style.
