Size
These beans come from the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea. You will find a smooth and notably sweet coffee with a medium body and acidity level. The initial taste reflects dark berry flavors and ends with a dark chocolate, but remarkably clean finish.
From the Waghi Valley in Papua New Guinea’s Western Highlands, Sigri Estate coffee is grown at 1,500+ meters in rich volcanic soil. The washed process and high-altitude growing conditions produce a complex, medium-bodied cup with brown sugar sweetness, citrus brightness, and herbal undertones. One of the most distinctive and underappreciated origins in specialty coffee.
