Full bodied and very smooth with just a hint of acidity. The dominating tone is a nutty caramel malt tone. Starts with a sweeter edge but ends dry, so semi-sweet all in all. Very tasty, a great every day drinker and a cup almost anyone will love.

The Cerrado region of Minas Gerais is Brazil’s premium coffee-growing area — flat terrain with distinct wet and dry seasons that produce incredibly consistent beans year after year. Natural dry processing lets the cherries sun-dry around the bean, imparting a nutty, chocolatey sweetness with virtually zero bitterness. Low acidity makes this an ideal daily drinker and a standout cold brew base.
