We are partial to Yirgacheffe and recognize it as one of the greatest coffee origins in the world. We have a great tasting Ethiopia Yirgacheffe ready for you. This one has some great chocolate and floral notes. An all around great African bean with a medium brightness. Sourced from the Chelba mill in the Yirgacheffe region where cherries were sorted and pulped at the mill then fermented in water for two days before being washed and sun dried. Don't miss this one!

What Makes a Good Espresso Bean?
Most espresso blends are developed for low acidity and a heavy body — the kind of shot that cuts through milk without going sour. Our Signature Espresso blend is designed exactly that way: rich, chocolatey, and forgiving across a range of grind settings. If you prefer single-origin espresso (brighter, more complex, less forgiving), our Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and Kenya AA both pull beautifully as espresso.
Single Origin vs. Blend — Which Is Right for You?
Blends are engineered for consistency and balance. They pull a reliable shot every time and taste great in lattes, cappuccinos, and cortados. Single-origin espresso is for the adventurous — expect more pronounced flavor notes and a shot that changes character depending on your extraction.
