Your next coffee run just got easier. Group ordering is now available on roastcc.com and in the Roast iOS app. Whether you’re picking up for coworkers, getting breakfast for the family, or treating a few friends, everyone can choose their own favorites and bring them together in one pickup order.
Start a group, share a link, and let each person add and customize their food and drinks. You can see who’s finished, review the group’s selections, and pay for everyone in one checkout. Less back-and-forth. More time to enjoy your Roast.
How to start a group order on the website
- Open group ordering. Visit our cafe menu and choose Ordering for a group?, or go straight to Start a group order. Sign in to your Roast account to organize.
- Set up your group. Enter a group name, your first name, and a finish time from the available options. The finish time tells everyone when to finish choosing; it does not reserve a pickup time. Pickup availability is confirmed at checkout.
- Select Create & invite. Share the invitation link through Messages or another app. People appear in your group as they join, so you don’t need to enter everyone’s names in advance.
- Choose your favorites. Each person adds their own items, selects the available customizations, and taps Done adding when finished. Add your own items in the group too, and mark yourself done.
- Review and pay. Check everyone’s readiness, then select Review & close group. Review the selections, pickup availability, and final total, then complete payment. The organizer receives the order confirmation and pickup details.
How to start a group order in the iOS app
- Update and open Roast. Get the latest version of the Roast Coffee Co. app from the App Store. Tap Start group order on the home or menu screen and sign in if prompted.
- Create your group and send the invitation. Enter your group name and your name, choose a finish time, and tap Create & invite. Send the shared link to your people.
- Add items and follow along. Everyone chooses their favorites and taps Done adding. You can check who’s ready and invite more people while the group is open.
- Close the group and check out. Tap Close group & review, then Continue secure checkout on website. Sign in on the website with the same organizer account, review the final total and pickup details, and pay for the group.

Joining someone else’s coffee run?
Open the invitation link your organizer sends, enter your first name, and choose your food and drinks. Customize each item using the options shown, then tap Done adding so the organizer knows you’re ready. You can join through your browser without downloading the app or creating an account.
Your organizer handles payment and pickup. Tapping Done adding saves your selections for the group—it does not place an order by itself.
A few helpful things to know
- One organizer pays for everyone. Group ordering brings everyone’s choices into one checkout; it does not split payment between participants.
- Your personal cart stays separate. Add anything you want included in the coffee run directly to the group order.
- Wait for everyone to finish. If you choose to close the group without unfinished selections, only people who tapped Done adding will be included.
- Finish time and pickup time are different. Your group’s finish time is for choosing items. Follow the pickup details shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.
