Peru’s Chanchamayo valley sits in the central jungle highlands where the Andes meet the Amazon basin. Smallholder farmers grow coffee at 1,200–1,800 meters, often organically by tradition. Fully washed, this coffee is clean and approachable — nutty sweetness with a bright snap of acidity and a silky smooth body. A great everyday single origin.
